In Belgium, CEBioS cooperates with a number of institutions such as the AfricaMuseum in Tervuren, the Botanic Garden Meise, VLIR-UOS and ARES, and a number of other Belgian actors such as Enabel, CNCD-11.11.11, VVOB, Broederlijk Delen, Trias, Caritas, Educaid, Acropolis, etc.

CEBioS has developed institutional cooperation in the following countries: Benin, Burundi, D.R. Congo, Peru (now closed) and Vietnam (now closed).
