The environment session of the strategic dialogue of the Belgian cooperation actors took place at the PNUD in Bujumbura, Burundi. The KLIMOS and OIE Louvain Cooperation tools were explained, as well as biodiversity governance and the Clearing-House Mechanism by respectively Luc Janssens de Bisthoven and Han de Koeijer (CEBioS), on 16 October 2019.
