The second volume
of our News Bulletin details how Belgium comes to terms with one of
the cross-cutting issues of the CBD: the Global Taxonomy Initiative (GTI).
Emphasis is put on the importance of installing a critical taxonomic capacity
in the South as a means to the alleviation of poverty.
