Technology Transfer and Cooperation
Article 16 of the Convention puts emphasis on "Access to and Transfer of Technology". Belgium is working towards the implementation of this article through actions that are engrained in other programs of the Convention.
In this section you can find for now the Belgian replies to notifications from the Secretariat on Technology Transfer. In future we hope to add special sections on demands for technologies from developing countries based on perceived needs. Also we will make a section on offers from Belgian organisations for Technology transfer.
