Folder Wadi Al Houjeir

Located in the Cazas of Marjeyoun, Bint Jbeil, and Nabatieh in South Lebanon, the Wadi el Hujeir Nature Reserve was established in 2010. It stretches from the Litani river in the village of Qaaqaiyyet el Jisr at the lower part of Nabatiyeh city, to the town of Aytaroun in Bint Jbeil Caza. The reserve is covered with Oak and Maple trees. It covers an approximate area of 2478 hectares at an altitude ranging between 250 and 400 meters above sea level.
