Discussions with the participants focused on three questions :
1) Are the proposed preliminary measures and options a good basis for further development of the Study
regarding the implementation of the Nagoya Protocol in Belgium? Are there other relevant measures
and options that the study should take on board?
2) What could be the advantages and the disadvantages of the different measures and options for
implementing the Nagoya Protocol?
3) Is there any specific relevant information available that the stakeholders could share with the study
team?
