Young Botanists' Day - Evolution in Botany: from Darwin to women
The Young Botanists Day offers a forum to young researchers in all botanical disciplines. It also encourages networking and collaboration between (inter)national research teams by crossing borders between universities and research disciplines in Botany.

This year's theme is "Evolution in Botany: from Darwin to women" comprising two sessions: "Women in Botany" on the 24th November and "Evolution in Plants and Interactions with other organisms" on the 25th November.
Participation at the Young Botanists' Day is free. Registration is easily done by e-mailing the registration form to YBD2009@br.fgov.be.
The deadline for registration and submitting abstracts is November 6th, 2009.
