Event Private enterprises, NGOs and government for green energy and conservation: Better together?

In this seminar a selection of successful development projects and programs that promote renewable energy and the protection of conservation areas will be presented. We will review the roles played by government agencies, the private sector and NGOs.

Afterwards there will be a brainstorming session on what Belgian policymakers can do to further increase the number of success stories. How can we scale out successful projects and programs? How can we make the Belgian Development Aid more effective and sustainable? How can the interplay between private sector, government, NGOs and other actors be improved?
