The LifeWatch workshop is organized by the Belgian Biodiversity Platform and the Research Institute for Nature and Forest (INBO - in charge of the Work Package PR & Communication during the preparatory phase). The goal of the workshop is to:
- inform the Belgian biodiversity research community about LifeWatch,
- identify possible Belgian contributions to LifeWatch, and*
- draft a recommendation to the attention of the competent Belgian federal and regional authorities.
