ALTIUS Annual agri-food law seminar
The 8th edition of Altius Agri-food Law seminar is organised by agri-food IP and regulatory specialist Philippe de Jong. In addition to presentations from in-house ALTIUS lawyers, this year’s seminar again features several topics brought to you by distinguished guest speakers, including an outline of the Belgian federal government’s draft access and benefit-sharing bill, a look at plant breeding innovation from the perspective of essentially derived varieties, and an industry testimony on agricultural data sharing.
