Event EUFJE Brussels Conference 2010 – The Enforcement of European Biodiversity Law at National Level

The 2010 annual conference of the European Forum of Judges for the Environment focuses on the implementation of European legislation on biodiversity at a national level. For the first time, public prosecutors from all EU Member States will gather to discuss the matter of environmental protection under criminal law. Since 2003, the EUFJE has held an annual conference on current issues concerning environmental legislation with a European dimension. National reports will also place special emphasis on the experiences of national judges in applying environmental law in the field of biodiversity.
