De hoofddoelstelling is om interactie te stimuleren binnen deze gemeenschap. Er is een programma met orale presentaties en posters.
De deelname is gratis maar registratie is vereist. Dankzij sponsering kan gratis een lunch en afsluitende receptie (met bijzonder Barbãr Blond en Barbãr Bok) worden aangeboden.
