ZSL-Evolutionarily Distinct and Globally Endangered (EDGE) Fellowship 2016
The Fellowship programme provides structured training to early-career conservation biologists to undertake an applied research or conservation project on a local EDGE species.

The EDGE Fellowship programme is more than just a source of funding. In addition to receiving a grant of up to £10,000, EDGE Fellows attend two regional training courses; undertake online modules in relevant topics; and receive one-to-one support from a scientific advisor based at ZSL or a partner organisation.
Applications are now open. Deadline is 15th June 2016.
The EDGE lists are in the process of being updated. Consequently, the current call for EDGE Fellows is restricted to the mammal, amphibian, bird, reptile andcoral. We are accepting applications for all species in this list, however, preference will be given to applications for work on African species.
