CMTP is an intensive, paid program that offers recent master’s degree graduates the opportunity to launch their careers in African conservation while working alongside AWF’s conservation leaders both at the organization’s Nairobi headquarters and in priority landscapes across Africa. CMTP graduates are well positioned to take on long-term roles within AWF and will receive special consideration for employment with the organization throughout their careers.
